Code of Rules 1. Sub Club (S.C.) Members
Members of S.C. may become people with consistent interest in submarines or submarine related hobby - i.e. submarine modelling, submarine history, submarine technology, PC submarine simulators, etc. S.C. membership is free of charge. 2. Purpose of S.C. Sub Club serves as a virtual meeting place and communication toll for a people so they can easily learn about submarines and share their opinions, experience, photos, etc. The aim of S.C. is to build a comunity of such people, as well as propagate this hobby between young people.
3. Member's DutiesA member is required to fill a true basic data and he is accepting, that he could be contacted (using given email address) by a club or other members regarding submarine or submarine hobbies (however the club will probably send max. 4 info emails per year).
4. Member's individual rightsEvery member has a right to contact other members using the internal messaging system or instant messaging system (if the other member had provided IM number in his profile) regarding the submarine related topics. He/She can also freely use our forum, comment system and other member publishing features as far as the content is related to submarine topics.
5. Membership terminationS.C. will immediately terminate a member's membership if a member:
- try to spam other members
- try to publish content not related to submarines, i.e. political messages.
- try to disturb run of Sub Club
- will ask S.C. to terminate his/her membership
5. Authors & CopyrightIf a member is ever awarded with "Author" grade or above, he has to do his/her best to obey copyright law and good publishing manners. Accepting this means author understands, that S.C. doesn't take any reponsiblities for published content. A member is obliged to report any copyright violations.
5. DisclaimerSub Club is maintained by a comunity of submarine enthusiasts and in no way guarrantees availability of the web site or update-rate of it's content. Sub Club doesn't take any responsibility for violations of copyright law by cooperating authors, however S.C. will try to resolve any copyright problems if violation is reported.
